It’s all treat, no tricks for a Florida man who has nothing but good luck to show off this Halloween as lotto officials announced Thursday that he had claimed his second multimillion-dollar jackpot.

James Bozeman Jr., 67, won a $10-million jackpot last year with a ticket from a 7-Eleven in the small town of Edgewood. Florida lotto officials announced that Bozeman has come forward to claim his second win: $3 million from a drawing in August.

Bozeman’s second win marks the first time in Florida history that someone has won a million-plus jackpot twice, Calla MacNamara, a spokesperson for Florida Lotto, told The Times.

The winning ticket is from the same 7-Eleven, making for additional rounds of good luck for the convenience store owner.

“I can’t believe we’ve sold another winning lotto ticket,” owner Karim Hemani told The Times.

The lotto winnings have jump-started Hemani’s business, which he has owned for three years. He said the store has been busier than ever, attracting new customers because of all the hoopla over the double win.

Hemani’s store received $15,000 for selling the August ticket and $40,000 for selling last year’s ticket.

“I’m just thrilled,” Hemani said.

Lotto officials said Bozeman, who lives in Orlando, had started using different numbers since he won the first time, and looks forward to picking his lucky third set of numbers for the next drawing. In the meantime, he’s celebrating his win in private.
