Six injured in multicar crash in Van Nuys
A five-car crash in Van Nuys sent six people to the hospital Tuesday morning, Los Angeles police said.
An earlier report by authorities that one person had been killed was inaccurate, said Officer Liliana Preciado.

The crash was reported just after 6 a.m. at Vanowen Street and Sepulveda Boulevard, the Los Angeles Fire Department said.
Six people were transported to the hospital with moderate to severe injuries, authorities said.

Both directions of Sepulveda Boulevard near the crash site were closed to traffic, police said.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
