Two women, man shot and killed in El Monte
Three people were shot and killed Tuesday night in El Monte, authorities said.
The two women and a man and were pronounced dead at the scene in the 9900 block of Marshall Street, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

The shooting was reported about 7 p.m. in a neighborhood north of the 10 Freeway.
Homicide detectives were being dispatched, and no additional details were immediately available.
Since January 2007, at least 30 homicides have been reported in El Monte, according to The Times Homicide Report database.
