Tripped alarm at Sun Valley pot grow leads to fatal shooting
One person was killed and several suspects were being sought Wednesday following a fight at a marijuana growing operation in Sun Valley.
One person was shot after responding to a tripped burglary alarm about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday at a building in the 8200 block of Lankershim Boulevard, KTLA reported.
The person came upon several men in the area and a fight broke out. One person pulled a gun, and a man was fatally shot, KTLA reported.
Police discovered that the burglary alarm was tripped at a marijuana growing operation.
The shooting victim died at a hospital, and no suspects have been arrested, according to KTLA.
