Orange County deputy dragged 100 feet during traffic stop
An Orange County Sheriff’s Department deputy sustained minor injuries when he was dragged 100 feet during a traffic stop in Anaheim, authorities said Tuesday night.
A suspect was taken into custody for an outstanding warrant and suspicion of dragging the deputy, authorities said.
The deputy was being treated at a hospital. The stop took place at Brookhurst Street and Cerritos Avenue.
No other details were immediately available.
