Vice President Joe Biden will visit North Hollywood on Wednesday afternoon to discuss living wages for the middle class, part of a three-day swing through Southern California that includes a fundraiser.

And with his visit will come the inevitable road closures and traffic jams.

After traveling here from Denver, Biden stopped in Beverly Hills on Tuesday night.

On Wednesday, Biden and Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti will visit Bobrick Washroom Equipment in North Hollywood to discuss creating “a pathway to the middle class” with a living wage, according to the White House.

During his speech -- which will be streamed online live -- Biden is expected to advocate for enhanced overtime protections for workers, according to the White House.

On Thursday, Biden will fly to San Francisco to visit a manufacturing facility for Theranos, a health technology company.
