One person dead after home fire in North Hills
One person has been found dead Thursday night after a fire that burned through a one-story home in North Hills, authorities said.
The home in the 16300 block of Plummer Street was reported as “fully involved in fire” about 9 p.m., according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
More than 50 firefighters were able to knock down the blaze in just more than 20 minutes, but “sadly one person located inside deceased,” the LAFD said.
The identity of the deceased was not immediately available.
