Police and the FBI are looking for two men who robbed banks in Los Angeles County on Friday.

The first robbery was at Citibank in the 8400 block of Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills between 10 and 11 a.m. Police said a man passed a note to a teller demanding cash and warning that he had an explosive device.

He was described as a 6-foot-tall white man about 55 years old, 230 pounds with a backpack and New England Patriots ball cap. He also had on a surgical face mask and had a clear bandage on his arm similar to one a person receives after giving blood.

The second robbery was down the road in Brentwood a couple hours later.

FBI officials say this robber pulled a gun on bank customers and a teller before making off with cash.

Authorities described the second robber as a 6-foot-tall white man about 45 years old weighing between 180 and 190 pounds. He was described as having pock-marked cheeks.
