SDSU suspends fraternity after incident requiring medical assistance
San Diego State University has suspended one of its fraternities, officials said.
SDSU made the decision after it began investigating an incident in which someone at a fraternity house near campus had to be given medical assistance, university officials said in a statement.
The university would not release the name of the fraternity nor when the incident occurred. Officials also did not disclose any further details on the nature of the incident.
The university has reached out to the person involved in the incident, as well as the person’s family, officials said.
“The health and well-being of all members of the campus community is of utmost importance to San Diego State University,” the email statement said.
