Two deputies, third person injured in Pomona car collision
Two Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department deputies and a third person were injured in a vehicle collision in Pomona, officials said Wednesday night.
The incident was reported about 10:15 p.m. near West Temple Avenue and Valley Boulevard, according to the Sheriff’s Department.
The deputies were being taken by a helicopter to a local hospital, the Los Angeles County Fire Department said. The extent of their injuries and that of the third person was not immediately known.
Investigators were responding to the scene.
