10 people injured at Coliseum during and after USC-Stanford game
At least 10 people were injured at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum Saturday, some when they rushed the field after USC football team’s upset win over No. 5 Stanford, the Los Angeles Fire Department said.
None of the injuries was life-threatening.
Five people were hurt during the game, though it was unclear how, KNBC reported.
Five more were hurt when fans swarmed the field to celebrate the Trojans’ victory. One fan had a broken ankle and another was hurt in a fall, the TV station said.
