10 freeway reopened in Fontana after big rig clips overpass
All lanes of the westbound 10 Freeway in Fontana were opened Thursday night after a big-rig accident created a traffic nightmare during rush hour on the busy east-west artery.
The lanes were open at Citrus Avenue around 9:15 p.m., the California Highway Patrol said.
Traffic was backed up for several miles after the big rig clipped an overpass bridge, the CHP said.
The Sierra Avenue onramp to the westbound 10 also was closed.
There were no reports of injuries.
