Ali Larter of ‘Heroes’ buys three-story Hollywood Hills home
Actress Ali Larter of the NBC sci-fi drama “Heroes” has purchased a home in the Hollywood Hills for $2,925,000.
The 2007 Brian Murphy-designed three-story has an open floor plan with 5,500 square feet of interior space and walls of glass, according to Multiple Listing Service details. An upper sun deck overlooks the flat lawn on the view lot of about a half-acre. The master bedroom suite has a fireplace, a balcony, a wardrobe room and a bathroom with a spa tub and steam shower. There are four bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms.
Model-turned-actress Larter, 33, plays a single mother with extraordinary strength on the Emmy-nominated ensemble series “Heroes” (2006-present), which follows the lives of people who discover they have unusual powers. Among her film credits are “Resident Evil: Extinction” (2007), “Legally Blonde” (2001) and “Varsity Blues” (1999).
Barry Peele of Sotheby’s International Realty, Beverly Hills, had the listing, and Steve Frankel of Coldwell Banker’s Beverly Hills East office represented the buyer, the MLS shows.
