After winning four Grammys, Kacey Musgraves can’t wait for her Postmates order
Country singer-songwriter Kacey Musgraves emerged as one of the Grammys’ biggest winners, taking home four awards for the night.
Musgraves’ third studio album, “Golden Hour,” won both album and country album of the year. She also won country song for “Space Cowboy” and snagged the country solo performance award for “Butterflies.”
Standing backstage in a vibrant, red-tulled dress, Musgraves reflected on her wins.
“It’s been really amazing and incredible to see [‘Golden Hour’] do some really wild, gratifying unbelievable things,” Musgraves said while balancing a trophy in the palm of her hand.

The country singer-songwriter reflected on her roots, growing up singing traditional western swing in Golden, Texas.
“One of my favorite things about country music actually is that it’s built on real stories and storytellers, real people with real problems. You can look back at the very beginning of the genre and see that,” she said. “I’m proud to be part of a genre that is built on real stories, and I’ll continue to always write about whatever inspires me.”

“To say that something that I’m part of is the best album of the year, the year in which was thriving with creativity, uniqueness, bold creators. The weight of that, I don’t think will hit me for a very long time.”
But after a long evening of the ceremony and afterparties, Musgraves is most excited for her inevitable late-night food delivery.
“My end destination is waiting in bed with a Postmates order,” she said. “Saying that it’s being delivered that’s, like, my ultimate fantasy.”
