It’s the first week of the new year and everyone everywhere is already struggling to keep new year’s resolutions. People will promise themselves to spend less money, be more positive, be more active ... but the most popular resolution? To eat better and lose weight.
Sounds good in theory, but is it just me, or is it harder to grab an apple after a season full of eating sweets, heavy cream and all the butter you could pack into that last piece of pie?
For a little more incentive, here are 10 recipes for healthful meals that will help you keep on track. Healthful and flavorful? What’s not to love? Here’s to keeping all your resolutions this year ... or at least one of them.
