Chef Michael Fiorelli (Love & Salt), bartender Vincenzo Marianella, chef Gary Menes (Le Comptoir), chef Carlos Salgado (Taco Maria) and chef Corina Weibel (Canelé) are set to join The Times’ Food staff as cohosts of the festivities, which will feature five distinct events.
Specifics and a list of which restaurants and chefs are planning to be there are now up at latimes.com/thetaste, including details of those five events. Some of the local chefs scheduled to attend include Roy Choi, Sherry Yard, Curtis Stone, Quinn Hatfield, Neil Strawder, Ari Taymor, Francisco Perez, Suzanne Tracht and Alvin Cailan.
