Pop-ups: Fancy Boyz at Lindy & Grundy, Cognoscenti Coffee at Pop on the Bloc
Treat makers Fancy Boyz, specializing in cookies, dessert tables, custom cakes and brittles, pop up for Halloween at Lindy & Grundy‘s Fairfax butchery, with their pretty candied apples with honey and walnuts and decorated fall cookies. Pop on the Bloc, a curated pop-up series of “touch, taste and sound experiences,” features Cognoscenti Coffee and Milk Jar Cookies at 5900 Wilshire Blvd. on Thursday and Friday. Pop on the Bloc’s Miracle Mile appearance also comes accompanied by DJs VIP and Brion Paul. Next stops for Pop on the Bloc are the Alhambra from Monday to Friday and the Hercules Campus at Playa Vista Nov. 18 to Nov. 22. 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. 5900 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles.
