You work hard. Reward yourself with a new happy hour. And remember, Wagyu corn dogs and $5 glasses of wine make everything better.

Paley, the Hollywood restaurant located in the Columbia Square Complex, named after CBS founder William S. Paley — in case you want something to discuss over wine — is offering bar guests 50% off all draft beer, wines by the glass and craft cocktails between 2:30 and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. 6115 Sunset Blvd., Suite 100, Hollywood, (323) 544-9430, www.paleyhollywood.com.

Simbal in Little Tokyo is serving many of its dinner menu favorites (banh mi salad; lemongrass and chile-grilled pork ribs; steak tartare) from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. Also on special are beverage director Ron Carey’s house-made spiked shrubs ($6), Smog City Brewing’s Little Bo Pils on tap for $5, and Riesling and Pinot Noir by the glass for $5 each. 120 S. San Pedro St., Los Angeles, (213) 626-0244, www.simbalrestaurant.com.

Del Frisco’s Grille’s Pasadena outpost (there’s a location in Santa Monica and others across the U.S.), has launched a happy hour from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Highlights include Wagyu corn dogs, French onion dip, cheesesteak egg rolls, $6 cocktails and $5 draft beers. Happy hour specials are available at the bar. 55 S. Lake Ave., Suite 150, Pasadena, (626) 765-9913, www.delfriscosgrille.com/Pasadena.

The new Obica Mozzarella Bar on Sunset Boulevard, and the location in Santa Monica, have launched new happy hours daily from 4 to 7 p.m. in the bar area of each restaurant. Drink specials include house red or white wine for $6, beer for $5, and classic Italian cocktails for $8. To munch on while you’re imbibing: $6 arancini, $5 bruschette al pomodoro and $9 mozzarella in carrozza. Not familiar with that last dish? It’s deep-fried mozzarella di bufala toast with a tomato dipping sauce. Multiple locations at www.obica.com.
