Located front and center on the Broadway side of Grand Central Market, which is undergoing a sweeping makeover, the Egg Slut stand features a long row of counter seating.

The ovo-centric menu includes sandwiches on house-made brioche buns such as the bacon, egg and cheese with hardwood smoked bacon, over-medium egg, cheddar and chipotle ketchup; the Fairfax, with soft scrambled eggs, chives, cheddar, caramelized onions and Sriracha mayo; and the sausage, egg and cheese, with house turkey sausage, over-medium egg, cheddar and honey mustard aioli. More options include scrambled eggs on toast, egg salad, the Avo burger with a third-pound patty and organic egg, and the Nita sandwich, with braised pork shoulder, egg and chimichurri.

The signature Thee Slut, coddled egg on smooth potato puree in a glass jar, and steak and eggs are listed among the specialties, along with a breakfast burrito and sunny-side-up egg-topped nachos.
