Dolce & Gabbana to outfit Bruno Mars for upcoming world tour
Italian luxury brand Dolce & Gabbana has created exclusive outfits for Bruno Mars’ upcoming world tour that begins in Washington, D.C., the company recently announced.
According to the announcement, the singer will be wearing a series of black Dolce & Gabbana tuxedos and white shirts in the first half of each show, before changing into “a bright red suit matched with an ocelot-printed shirt.”
“Bruno’s style and music are so eclectic that oftentimes we have taken inspiration directly from his work to create looks that were at the same time in line with his very personal taste, as well as with the DNA of Dolce & Gabbana,” designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana said in the announcement. “With time, we have managed to establish with him a relationship of absolute faith in each other and mutual trust that allows us to create and work together in an atmosphere of complete harmony.”
The tour, which kicks off Saturday night at Washington, D.C’s Verizon Center, includes two sold-out dates (July 27 and 28) at Staples Center.
