Fashion News: Ryan Lochte may dive into fashion
Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte reportedly has multiple offers to create -- by which we mean put his name on -- a fashion line. He also has multiple TV offers, endorsement offers and so forth. [Hollywood Reporter]
But -- and this doesn’t really surprise me -- the Vogue cover in June on which he frolicked across the sand with fellow Olympians Serena Williams and Hope Solo turns out to have produced the weakest newsstand sales of the year so far for Vogue. It doesn’t surprise me because it looked more like a fitness magazine cover than a Vogue cover. The best-seller so far is March, featuring singer Adele. [WWD]
