What to watch tonight: ‘black-ish’ season finale pays homage to ‘Good Times’

Heartbeat Alex (Melissa George) has a hard time separating personal from professional, as a young heart patient who may not have much time left has a dying wish. 8 p.m. NBC

Arrow Oliver and Diggle (Stephen Amell, David Ramsey) team up to save Thea (Willa Holland). 8 p.m. KTLA
