Frank Ocean wants Chris Brown prosecuted over alleged incident
Although officials have yet to file any formal charges, Frank Ocean says he wants Chris Brown prosecuted in light of their scuffle over a parking space in West Hollywood, according to a Reuters report.
That would be very bad news for Brown, who’s on probation for assaulting his girlfriend, Rihanna, the night before the 2009 Grammy Awards. If charges were filed, it’s possible that Brown’s probation could be revoked, Reuters said.
L.A. County sheriff’s detectives say they plan to question Brown about the altercation that reportedly occurred Sunday night in the 7200 block of Santa Monica Boulevard. Brown allegedly punched Ocean during the dust-up.
Officials said that deputies had responded to reports of a half-dozen men fighting at the recording studio. Witnesses told law enforcement officials that Brown and Ocean had feuded over a parking spot. The fight was over quickly and the participants were separated, witnesses said, and Brown and his retinue left the area before deputies arrived, according to the accounts.
Brown has not commented publicly on the allegations. But he has posted a painting of Jesus Christ on the cross, with a caption indicating Brown believes he’s being persecuted.
