For Rachel Uchitel, it’s a baby girl -- with a ‘boy’s name’

Rachel Uchitel has completed her public journey from mistress to mom, giving birth to a baby girl with hubby Matt Hahn on Tuesday evening in San Francisco.

Wyatt Lilly Hahn weighed in at a little over 7 pounds, according to Celebrity Baby Scoop, which chatted with Uchitel early in May and got a heads-up that the seven-months-married couple had chosen a “boy’s name” for the girl they knew was on the way.

“I have no idea where [the name] came from,” she told the website. “It just came to us and we thought, ‘That is so beautiful for a girl’s name.’ We love it and if other people don’t like it, that’s fine. We gave her a middle name that’s very feminine to offset it.”

Note to anyone picking on Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson over the traditionally male name they just chose for daughter Maxwell Drew Johnson: Wyatt’s mom would ask you please to reconsider.

“People are so judgmental,” she told Celebrity Baby Scoop in Simpson’s defense. “If you meet somebody somewhere and you ask what name the baby is, you would never say, ‘That is so awful,’ or ‘They’re going to call that kid Maxi-pad.’”

Of course Uchitel – infamously a special friend of Tiger Woods and David Boreanaz and occasional client of Gloria Allred – is no stranger to judgment.

Time to let this new mom move on?
