Natalie Portman and Benjamin Millepied wed in Big Sur
Natalie Portman and Benjamin Millepied enjoyed a much different dance Saturday than the one they shared in”Black Swan” — their first dance as man and wife.
Portman married the French choreographer this weekend in Big Sur, reports People, in a Jewish ceremony before friends and family. Details are scarce, but Ivanka Trump was present for the nuptials, which took place after sundown.
Portman and Millepied met on the 2009 set of Darren Aronofsky’s”Swan,” announcing her pregnancy with son Aleph a little more than a year later.
Rocking a baby bump during her awards-season sweep for the dark ballet film, Portman went on to say that Millepied had given her “the most important role of my life,” referring to motherhood, in her Oscar acceptance speech.
Portman was recently spotted at work on Terrence Malick’s new film, “Knight of Cups,” costarring Christian Bale.
