Hilary Swank: Career in pictures

Hilary Swank has managed to keep her fame focused on her career, not her personal life. Although much has been made of the time she and her mother lived in a car when dreams of stardom first brought them to Hollywood and tabloids did take notice of her divorce from actor Chad Lowe in 2006, Swank has mostly kept her nose to the grindstone and is the recipient of two best actress Academy Awards and two best actress Golden Globes.
