Exclusive reveal of El Capitan’s limited ‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story’ poster
Disney and Lucasfilm have announced that the tickets for “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” will go on sale Monday. And if you’re an Angeleno, the deal’s even sweeter: Specific venues in Los Angeles will be handing out exclusive “Rogue One” posters.
Check out the exclusive “Hope” poster that fans can get only for a limited time in Hollywood.
The first 1,000 folks to buy tickets in person at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood will receive a “Hope” poster (full image below).
“Rogue One” is the latest “Star Wars” offering, although it is not directly associated with the episodic story line featured in last year’s “The Force Awakens.” It is the first of the standalone films and is set during the “Age of the Empire” between “Star Wars: Episode III — Revenge of the Sith” and “Star Wars: Episode IV — A New Hope.”
The story is centered around a group of rebels who steal the plans to the Empire’s ultimate weapon, the Death Star. The film premieres Dec. 16.
