Zendaya doesn't need anyone's help to look thinner than she is — especially not from the magazine she just called out for Photoshopping her.

"Had a new shoot come out today and was shocked when I found my 19 year old hips and torso quite manipulated," she wrote on Instagram, captioning side-by-side pictures showing her after and before the image-altering treatment.

A glance at the retouched image, which is below, shows not only a dramatically altered Zendaya but also a badly altered one, with legs so thin she seems like she'd tip over if she were actually using them for something as frivolous as standing.

The mag even made her hair thinner.

The "K.C. Undercover" actress is the cover girl on the November issue of Modeliste, albeit not in the outfit shown above.

Never one to back down from speaking out — remember the whole dreadlocks fiasco? — Zendaya went big-picture regarding the situation: "These are the things that make women self conscious, that create the unrealistic ideals of beauty that we have. Anyone who knows who I am knows I stand for honest and pure self love. So I took it upon myself to release the real pic (right side) and I love it."

But fair's fair: The mag apparently pulled down the image and fixed what Zendaya called the "retouch issue," earning thanks from the Disney darling who placed second on "Dancing With the Stars" when she was only 16.
