Seems Taylor Swift isn’t giving any more credence to her purported feud with Katy Perry.

The “Shake It Off” singer alluded to a “straight-up enemy” in the September Rolling Stone interview in which she was asked about the subject of her track “Bad Blood” from the album “1989.”

Said frenemy “tried to sabotage an entire arena tour,” Swift said, by hiring several people out from under her. (Perry came out swinging soon after, making a pointed “Mean Girls” reference on Twitter.)

However, in an interview with the Telegraph published Saturday, Swift refused to provide any more fodder to the gossips about the rivalry -- or any other misbehavior.

“I’m not giving them anything to write about,” she said, smiling “steelily” (their word, not ours). “I’m not walking up the street with boys, I’m not stumbling out of clubs drunk. But I’m never going to talk about her in my interview. It’s not going to happen.”

And that, folks, is as far as it goes -- on the record anyway.

She was talkative on other topics: The country crossover darling said she’ll go ahead and ditch her ultra-sweet persona when she’s around her girlfriends. Being nice all the time is “annoying too,” she said.

“It’s not real if someone appears to never have any issues with anyone. I have my friends, I have enemies. I have bad days when I don’t want to go to a photo shoot, but I’m not going to show up four hours late, I’m going to be there on time. I’m not nice all the time but I try not to be carelessly rude to people who don’t deserve it,” the 25-year-old said.

“When I’m with my friends, we don’t say glowing things about everybody,” she added. “We’re not sitting around going [adopts Stepford Wives-esque voice and posture], ‘You know who’s really special and wonderful?’ That’s not what we talk about -- we’re normal girlfriends.”

One of those girlfriends is “Hart of Dixie” star Jaime King, who announced last week that she was pregnant with her second child. Over the weekend, she shared that Swift would be her new arrivals’ godmother.

“And @taylorswift will forever be looking over our new baby @kyle_newman -we all love you!!!! Xx,” King wrote on Instagram, posting a pic of them.

Swift shared her own version, adding, “Guess who just got named Godmother of this little one..... (ME)”

Meanwhile, as for Swift’s oft-talked about love life, she said she’ll probably still be single five years from now.

“I’ll be 30,” she said. “I’ll probably still be single, let’s be honest. No one’s going to sign up for this and everything that goes with it. Like, ‘Hi, nice to meet you, want a date? Do you love camera flashes? I hope you do!’ I don’t know what’s going to happen if I’m ever content in a relationship -- no idea how that’s going to work. ... I don’t even know if that’s possible with the life I have.”

Instead, she offered up a jocular alternative:

“ ‘In five years’ time she’ll be so afraid of everything, she doesn’t leave her house,’ ” she quipped. “ ‘She’s just surrounded by cats. So many cats, they’ve divided themselves up into armies and she wanders around lint-rolling the couch that no one’s going to sit on because she’s afraid to have people over.’ ”

Well, she can always try out the whole fairy godmother thing ...
