‘Arrow’ star Stephen Amell expecting baby with wife Cassandra
Stephen Amell and his wife are reportedly expecting a little superhero of their own: a baby!
The hunky actor, 32, plays vigilante crime fighter the Hood on “Arrow,” the CW series inspired by the “Green Arrow” comic books. He and wife Cassandra Jean, 27, are now expecting their first child together.
The couple tied the knot on Christmas Day 2012 in a Caribbean destination wedding, then celebrated again last month with New Orleans festivities, according to Just Jared, which first reported the pregnancy.

His wife showed off her new pregnancy curves at the Monte Carlo TV festival, which opened Sunday, and shared how she was feeling in the early stages of pregnancy.
“I haven’t had any cravings, but [Stephen’s] been great,” she told ET Canada in an interview for broadcast Monday.
No word yet on how far along she is, but her husband is definitely excited about the prospect about being a dad.

“I’m excited — no I’m not excited, I’m very excited!” the Canadian-born actor said. “I’m sure that nervous energy will accompany that eventually, but only in a positive way.”
A rep for Amell did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
“Arrow,” which had its series premiere last fall, was a hit for the CW network and was renewed early (in February) for a second season. Amell and his wife are abroad promoting the show, and he’s posting live updates of his intense workout regimen for the upcoming season on his Facebook page.
