Rob Kardashian: Criminal charges dropped in alleged assault case
Late last month Rob Kardashian settled a civil suit with a paparazzo he allegedly assaulted in March after she snapped him shirtless at a gym — and on Thursday, the criminal charges stemming from the incident have reportedly been dropped as well, leaving the reality-TV fixture in the clear.
Photographer Andra Viak did not want to pursue a couple of misdemeanor counts Kardashian was charged with in early May, according to TMZ, so the judge let them go by the wayside. Prosecutors reportedly were not pleased.
Maybe they just don’t like “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”

Viak had settled with Kardashian on the civil side, TMZ said last month, after he agreed to pay her the value of her camera equipment.
The “Dancing With the Stars” alum had been accused of hitting her in the face and taking the memory card out of her camera when she caught him unawares changing into workout clothes in the garage of a West Hollywood gym.
Kardashian, incidentally, has dropped weight since the shirtless kerfuffle back in March. He flaunted his new look recently at the Las Vegas launch of his new Arthur George by Rob Kardashian sock line.
Good news is, no matter how much junk is in your trunk, socks pretty much always fit.
