Rihanna cancels show in Houston due to illness
Rihanna has canceled another show on her “Diamonds World Tour” Monday.
The Grammy-winning singer was scheduled to perform at Houston’s Toyota Center but has canceled the performance “as a result of illness,” promoter Live Nation told the Associated Press.
Concert-goers were advised to hang on to their tickets for a rescheduled concert date to be announced. Refunds were also available at the Toyota Center.

Riri, who canceled shows in Baltimore and Boston last month during a bout with the flu and laryngitis, is still expected to perform as scheduled in Dallas on Tuesday, Live Nation said.
The avid Instagram and Twitter user did not acknowledge the cancellation on her accounts, though she did take to social media to send her condolences to victims of the Boston Marathon explosions, calling the tragedy “heartbreaking.” She also wished her brother Rajad a happy birthday.
The “Stay” singer, who usually makes headlines with on-again-off-again boyfriend Chris Brown, is promoting her seventh album, “Unapologetic.” The fashionista kicked off her high-energy world tour in Buffalo on March 8, which featured several Givenchy couture costume changes. The tour touched down in Los Angeles on April 8, and she played up her various personas during the show at Staples Center.
On May 5, Fox will air the 25-year-old’s documentary, “Rihanna 777.”
