Nicki Minaj not pregnant with Meek Mill’s baby, no matter what she said the other night

Nicki Minaj might want to get pregnant someday, but she’s not pregnant now, despite teasing over the weekend that Meek Mill is her “baby father.”

“Make some noise for my baby father,” the rapper said while Mill raised his hands excitedly in the air as he came on stage with her at a Saturday show in Pennsylvania.

Apparently, some fans started passing the “baby news” around on Twitter, leading Minaj to retweet one missive prefaced by emojis laughing so hard they were crying. Gossip Cop confirmed the no-baby story.

Turns out the “Bang Bang” singer calls lots of guys her baby fathers — guys she likes, that is. Probably not Drake at this point.

Minaj has said previously that she wants to get married and have a child, in that order.

“If I’m done with my fifth album and I don’t have a child by then, no matter how much money I have, I would be disappointed, as a woman, because I feel like I was put here to be a mother,” the 32-year-old told Complex in November. “I have definitely put off the wife thing because I don’t want people in my business. I’d rather not do anything that’s going to be on paper but I definitely will be married before I have my baby. I want to make sure I do it in that order.”

Minaj and longtime boyfriend Safaree Samuels broke up last December, and she and Mill have been linked since earlier this year.

And no, they’re not engaged, either.
