Mariah Carey, Nick Cannon renew vows at Disneyland — elaborately
Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon lived out a fairy-tale “Fantasy” wedding Tuesday at the Disneyland Resort where they marked their fifth wedding anniversary with a renewal of vows and celebrated their twins’ second birthday.
“On our way to renew our vows,” Carey tweeted beforehand. “I love you @Nick Cannon.”
Carey and Cannon married in the Bahamas on April 30, 2008, and exactly three years later welcomed “dem babies.” The couple renew their vows every year in a full, over-the-top ceremony -- last year at the Eiffel Tower in Paris. Oh, to have an disposable income.

The 43-year-old singer and “American Idol” judge wore a white princess-like wedding gown with a sparkly headpiece, while Cannon, the “America’s Got Talent” host, 32, was clad in Prince Charming’s finest. Their kids, Monroe and Moroccan, matched mom and dad with mini-me versions of their garb.
Carey was keen to share snippets of her magical day with photos and videos through Twitter’s Vine app.
“Happy 5th (!!!!!!) Anniversary to the Best Husband in All The Land & 2 years ago pon de delivery room=luckiest Mommy in The WORLD!” she wrote, later adding, “Celebrating our anniversary & #dembabies birthday (can you believe they’re 2??) #blessed”

The twins celebrated the big 2 with a prince and princess-themed party at the park’s Fantasy Faire space prior to the ceremony. Mickey Mouse and friends joined the festivities there along with 150 other guests.
Later, Carey and Monroe took a ride in a horse-drawn crystal carriage from the Dream Suite near the Pirates of the Caribbean to Main Street where they met up with Cannon and Moroccan, Entertainment Tonight reported. They partook in an outdoor ceremony, walking down the aisle as a happy family toward Sleeping Beauty’s Castle, complete with a fireworks show.
Cannon appears to have gifted his wife a lavish chandelier for the occasion, according to a photo she posted on Twitter.

The wedding -- whose theme was “Do you believe in fairy tales?” -- was emceed by the Major Domo, the Royal Footman from Cinderella. About 250 “freezing cold” guests mingled on the chilly night in Fantasyland for the reception, which Cannon deejayed. The park was reportedly closed to the public so guests could take advantage of the rides and attractions.
Fantasyland was decorated with 10,000 crystals for the occasion, along with about 15,000 flowers imported from South Africa, Holland and France.
