Gushy Nick Cannon ‘forever in debt’ to ex Mariah Carey on twins’ birthday
About that rumored bad blood between Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon ...
Yeah, there doesn't seem to be any of that, and if there is, the exes are doing a pretty good job of covering it up.
The Elusive Chanteuse and the "America's Got Talent" host called it quits last year, and despite recent reports it looks as if they're strategically putting up a united front in the leadup to Carey's splashy Las Vegas residency at Caesars Palace and the release of her latest single.
That didn't appear to be the case, however, earlier this week. Carey debuted "Infinity" — a track about losing "the best you've ever had" — that was interpreted to be a diss of her estranged husband.
TMZ latched on to the new song and took it as a sign that Carey, 45, was tearing down Cannon, 34. Bad-blood speculation flowed freely.
But Cannon took to Instagram on Wednesday to show his support for his estranged wife and "Infinity."
"#1ToInfinity album in stores May 6. #TheQueen #NoHate #HardestWorkingWomanIKnow," he wrote, captioning a pic of the track's cover art, which features a scantily clad Carey.
Then, on Thursday, Cannon again praised his wife on their twins' fifth birthday and shared several family friendly photos.
"Today is the day that God Blessed me with the greatest gifts," he wrote, adding, "Grateful and forever in debt to @MariahCarey for blessing me and the rest of the world with these 2 Angels, Morrocan Scott Cannon and Monroe Cannon on this day 4 years ago. Happy Birthday!!! I Love yall!

Then he posted a fan sketch of Carey and their kids, which he dubbed "such a dope picture!!!"
The former couple tied the knot in the Bahamas on April 30, 2008, just weeks after starting to date. Thursday marked not only their kids' birthdays but also their seven-year wedding anniversary.
News that the TV personality and rapper had parted ways with Carey in came to light in August, with reports claiming they were living apart and intended to divorce. Their Bel-Air home sold the following March.
Earlier this year, the couple reportedly worked out a property settlement that was facilitated by a prenuptial agreement that includes a confidentiality clause barring both parties from talking about their breakup, under threat of a six-figure fine.
The exes also spent Easter together with their kids.
