Lindsay Lohan, Jimmy Fallon replace twerking with ‘skrumping’

Lindsay Lohan made a surprise appearance on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” on Thursday to weigh in on the rear-shaking twerking debate.

While some other late night hosts were embroiled in “a rap feud,” Lohan and Fallon introduced his recurring spoof called “Ew,” a Teen Nick parody hosted by S-A-R-A (no H, because “H’s are ew!”). Sara is actually Fallon, 39, decked out as an overly enthusiastic teenage girl with a blond wig, braces, nail polish and a purple dress.

Joining Sara was her BFFFLFR -- best friend forever for life for realsies -- Stephanie Sullivan, who is really embattled actress Lohan in pigtails, a trucker hat and lots of pink lipstick. (Like, totally ew!)

Lohan, 27, teased to the guest spot in an Instagram photo of the two of them earlier that day.

“@jimmyfallon @latenightjimmy get ready for some #skrumping,” she captioned their costumed pic.

In the spot, the pair discussed the latest teen craze: boy band One Direction, its heartthrob Harry Styles and “kissy-face time.” And that’s when the conversation (if we can call it that) turned to Lohan’s contemporary: 20-year-old Miley Cyrus and the never-ending discussion of her infamous dance move.

“Did you see the new Miley Cyrus video?” Sara (Fallon) asked. “We should do some twerking!”

“Ew,” Stephanie (Lohan) said. “No. Twerking is so 2-0-1-3. Nowadays it’s all about skrumping!”

Skrumping, for the uninitiated, involves holding your hands out at your sides and gyrating your hips like you’re turning an invisible hula hoop -- at least that’s what we gathered from their little demonstration.

And you can reverse it too. Watch out world, the skrump is coming for you!
