The new additions join Zolciak’s daughters from a previous relationship, Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 11, and her children with Biermann: Sons Kroy Jr., 2, and Kash Kade, 15 months, People reported.
But the 35-year-old Bravo-lebrity didn’t waste time when it came to sharing her unique baby names.
“The twins names are: Girl: Kaia Rose (After ‘Psychic’ Rose who is like a grandma to me and been a huge part of my life for 13 plus yrs) Also the twins were born on the Rose’s birthday!” she shared in another photo note.

“Boy: Kane Ren (Ren After my OBGYN who has delivered 5 of the 6 kiddos, who has also been a big part of my life for 12 yrs and we simply adore him).”
Well, when you have six kids, you’re bound to run into a shortage of “K” names...
Zolciak and Biermann wed on Nov. 11, 2011, better known as “11/11/11,” and had their nuptials documented in her Bravo spin-off series, “Don’t Be Tardy for the Wedding.”
