Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have outdone themselves in naming their new baby son.
Saint West.
Oh, the humility. Then again, dad calls himself Yeezus. Did all the air just leave the room? Yeah, we thought so. The parents made the announcement Monday on her pay-to-play website and shared the baby’s weight: 8 pounds, 1 ounce.
At least it wasn’t South. Or Easton.
Like his sister, North, Saint has no middle name, though a People source was saying Sunday that they might choose Robert to go in the middle, in honor of the late Robert Kardashian, Kim’s dad.
Unlike his sister, North, Saint was named in less than a week after his birth, which happened Saturday, a few weeks earlier than expected.

Kardashian again struggled with placenta accreta, TMZ reported.
Typically, the placenta detaches from the uterine wall after a child is born, but with placenta accreta part or all of it stays attached because blood vessels and other parts of the placenta have grown too far into the wall and possibly beyond, according to the Mayo Clinic. Severe post-delivery bleeding can result from what the clinic dubs a “serious pregnancy condition,” and a cesarean section followed by a hysterectomy is not unlikely.
Kim managed her second natural birth, not a C-section, TMZ said, but doctors spent an extra two hours dealing with what she called a “very painful” problem.
