Kelly Osbourne has been released from the hospital after a five-day stay following a seizure the E! fashionista had on the set of her show “Fashion Police.”

“Kelly Osbourne has returned home and has been given a clean bill of health by her doctor,” her rep told E! News.

The 28-year-old experienced a 30-second seizure while filming her E! roundtable show Thursday and collapsed on the set. She was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and was admitted for several days as a precautionary measure so doctors could pinpoint what may have caused the episode. Reports surfaced that the red-carpet host may have been diagnosed with epilepsy, but her rep put down those theories.

“Doctors ran numerous tests and determined that this was most likely a one-time episode of which there are no conclusive results,” her rep said. “She is looking forward to returning to ‘Fashion Police’ this week and getting back to business and life as usual.”

Despite the inconclusive results, Osbourne seemed to be in good spirits late Monday.

“Thank you to all the Doctors Nurses Medical Staff & Employees @CedarsSinai Hospital for fixing me enough to go home its so nice to be in bed!” Osbourne tweeted after she was released.

The purple-maned daughter of rocker Ozzy Osbourne kept fans abreast of her condition by tweeting a picture of her IV when she first arrived at the hospital and later added that she imagined herself in the Hugh Laurie medical drama “House.”

“My life is now like an episode of House = the impending fight against death and the look of fear in everyones faces!” she wrote Sunday.

Her mum Sharon Osbourne also updated fans on her own gab fest, CBS’ “The Talk,” saying that Kelly was “fine” and was glad that the incident occurred with cameras around her daughter to film it.

“We needed that to show the neurologist so they could see what was happening,” Sharon Osbourne said Monday. “She’s on medications. Nobody knows why she had it — can’t figure out a reason why — but she is fine, and naughty.

Meaning that Kelly is back to her old fun-loving self.
