Oops! Keira Knightley forgets anniversary during red carpet Q&A
Keira Knightley must be busy, because the newlywed seems to have lost track of time.
The “Begin Again” star was caught off guard during a red carpet interview with E! News at the Tribeca Film Festival, in which a reporter asked her about her upcoming wedding anniversary with Klaxons musician James Righton.
“Oh yeah, is it?!” Oh, thanks, yeah good, wow!” she said, somewhat startled and wide-eyed at the reporter’s congrats about the big day, which is coming up Sunday.

The “Pride & Prejudice” star was introduced to her husband by model Alexa Chung, and the pair took their relationship public in April 2011. Righton proposed in May 2012 and they wed in the south of France on May 4, 2013.
When asked how her first year of marital bliss went, the Englishwoman quipped: “Well, we’re still together so it must’ve been all right!”
Knightley will next appear in the Weinstein Co.’s “Begin Again” with Hailee Steinfeld and Maroon 5’s Adam Levine, making his big-screen debut. During the Saturday premiere at Tribeca, the star told E! that her husband attempted to help her prepare for the role, but his efforts weren’t very fruitful.

“He tried to teach me how to play the guitar and I tried not to kill him -- so that was about it,” she joked. “And he stopped trying to teach me the guitar ‘cause I’m not very good at it.”
In December, the Chanel spokeswoman told Harper’s Bazaar that she never thought of herself as the marrying type, but now likes the consistency.
“These words that you think beforehand, ‘That’s the reason I’ll never do it ... ,’ those words that you see as completely negative, and you suddenly see them as being incredibly positive, and that’s actually quite liberating and quite nice.”
