Kate Upton, Cameron Diaz, Leslie Mann scheme in ‘Other Woman’ trailer

Kate Upton is pretty excited about substantive feature film debut in “The Other Woman.”

The two-time Sports Illustrated swimsuit cover model, who’s appeared in “The Three Stooges,” “Tower Heist” and a bevy of viral videos, gets ample screen time and high-billing in the Nick Cassavetes comedy about infidelity, scheming mistresses and sweet revenge. The film also stars two other hot, blond funnywomen: “Bad Teacher’s” Cameron Diaz and “This Is 40’s” Leslie Mann, both 41.

“Had so much fun with these girls- #LeslieMann and @CameronDiaz Check it out! #TheOtherWoman,” the 21-year-old model of the year tweeted Thursday, sharing a link to the trailer.

The film centers on Diaz’s character, who realizes her boyfriend, played by “Game of Thrones’” Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, is married.

“He’s got a wife,” Diaz’s character confides to Nicki Minaj. (Yeah, the “Roman Reloaded” MC is in it too.)

“And you don’t think you can take her?” Minaj asks.

Cut to the next scene, with his wife, played by Mann, knocking on Diaz character’s apartment door asking if they could have dinner.

“If I let you in, we are not drinking cosmos and braiding each other’s hair,” Diaz quips.

But they totally do. And then they plot their revenge against their mutual paramour, only to realize he’s seeing yet another woman: played by a white bikini-clad Upton. Natch.

The unlikely trio team up to take him down, and that’s when Diaz delivers the film’s plot line: “With the lawyer, the wife and the boobs together, we know how to do it just as shady as he does.”

It’s pretty clear that the women had a blast shooting the film, which took place in New York last spring and through summer. Last month, Diaz dedicated her “throwback Thursday” Instagram photo to her costars.

“#tbt two of the raddest most glorious woman... @kateupton Leslie Mann and myself on the set if The Other Woman... Miss your guys’ laughter!” she wrote, sharing a pic of them casually cuddling on a couch.

“The Other Woman” hits theaters April 25, 2014.
