Justin Timberlake-Jessica Biel wedding: 'It's great to be married'

It’s official! Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are married.

Celebrating the pending nuptials with friends and family in southern Italy since Tuesday, the actor-singer and actress finally tied the knot in a Friday ceremony.

“It’s great to be married, the ceremony was beautiful and it was so special to be surrounded by our family and friends,” the pair said in a joint statement to People.

Guests included funnyman Andy Samberg, Biel’s “7th Heaven” costar Beverly Mitchell and music manager Johnny Wright.

On Wednesday, the group enjoyed cocktails and a fireworks display at beach club Cala Masciola ahead of the big day.

Biel and Timberlake have been an item since 2007, splitting briefly in March 2011. Their reconciliation led to a December proposal in which Timberlake offered her a custom engagement ring.

This marks the first marriage for both. Timberlake has previously been linked to Cameron Diaz and Britney Spears. Biel’s former boyfriends include Chris Evans and Derek Jeter.
