The two, whose breakup was confirmed by several media outlets earlier this month, have been spotted together more than once in Los Angeles over the last couple of days. What’s that all about?!

(It could be about the fact that he’s 18 and she’s 20, and nobody much knows what they’re doing with their love lives at that age — Bieber’s even said as much — but that’s neither here nor there.)

Bieber reportedly hitched a ride with a driver Wednesday night to LAX, where he picked up Gomez and took her to her house, TMZ reported. Justin spent the night at her place, the website said, then headed with her Thursday morning to the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills. They were careful to enter the building separately, thwarting paparazzi hoping for a shot of them together.

Thursday night found them vanning it together to the Laugh Factory on Sunset Boulevard, according to E! News, which noted that they once again entered the building separately, making a point of not being photographed together.

All this after Gomez reportedly blocked the Biebs’ phone number on her cellphone. Guess that didn’t stick.

Rumor has it there were unspecified “trust issues” and busy schedules involved on both sides in the breakup -- though 19-year-old Victoria’s Secret model Barbara Palvin said via Twitter that she and Bieber were just friends who took a picture together. Plus she already has a boyfriend, y’all.

The pop star performed at the VS fashion show in New York last week.
