Hugh Grant welcomes baby No. 2 with girlfriend
Hugh Grant has daddy fever: The actor has welcomed a baby boy with his girlfriend and was tweeting about a boy quite a bit over the weekend.
“In answer to some journos. Am thrilled my daughter now has a brother. Adore them both to an uncool degree. They have a fab mum,” the “Cloud Atlas” actor tweeted Saturday, making sure that everyone was aware of his fickle relationship with the press.
“And to be crystal clear. I am the Daddy,” Grant wrote. “Thanks for v kind messages. Now I’ve confirmed (press somehow got birth certificate & were calling), hoping my family will be left in peace.”
No word yet on the little guy’s name.

Grant, 52, and girlfriend Tinglan Hong, 33, welcomed Tabitha, their first child together, in September 2011. At the time, the “Love, Actually” actor said that the pregnancy was unplanned and was the result of a “fleeting affair,” but he “could not be happier or more supportive.” He eventually came around to admitting his love of fatherhood.
“I can’t pretend it wasn’t a little bit of a surprise, but it’s a very nice surprise,” he said on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” a little while after she was born. “It’s surprising that everyone was right all these years, saying, ‘Hugh, why don’t you have some children? You know, it really changes your life,’ and you’re thinking, ‘Oh, shut up.’ And now that I have, I have to say it is quite life changing. I recommend it. Get some!”
The famous Brit may be about to reprise his role of smarmy playboy Daniel Cleaver in a potential third Bridget Jones movie, which is currently in development, he told MTV News. The title, according to IMDb? “Bridget Jones’s Baby.”
