‘DWTS’ alum Edyta Sliwinska, Alec Mazo welcome baby boy
Hello, baby twinkle toes! “Dancing With the Stars” alum Edyta Sliwinksa and husband Alec Mazo have welcomed a baby boy.
The professional ballroom dancers had their son on Jan. 4, Sliwinksa told People magazine.
“We are extremely happy and in love with him. So far it’s been the most amazing experience of my life,” the 32-year-old mom said.

“Even though I’ve been told how incredible it is to be a mom, I never imagined I would enjoy so much every minute spent with my little munchkin.”
The Polish-born dancer also took to Twitter to make the announcement and share a photo of her little man, though the couple has yet to share the tot’s name.
“Our bundle of joy, born on Jan 4th!” she tweeted. “We are in love and as happy as can be!!!”
The photo shows off Sliwinksa’s baby boy, plenty of cleavage and her already slim post-baby body. #envy.
Sliwinska and Mazo, 35, married in September 2007 and competed in the Latin ballroom dance circuit before joining the ABC reality competition when it debuted in 2005. The show wrapped its 17th season in November.

The lithe hoofer competed on 10 seasons of “Dancing With the Stars” and, in Season 6, came in second to Mark Ballas and Kristi Yamaguchi, dancing with football star Jason Taylor. Mazo took home the “coveted Mirror Ball Trophy” in the show’s first season when he competed with soap star Kelly Monaco.
Sliwinska bowed out of the show in 2010 after its 10th season following a widely reported dispute with producers. The dancer said she left to focus on her education and building a family.
The couple announced the pregnancy in October.
