Drew Barrymore announces her second child will be a baby girl

Drew Barrymore is having another baby girl!

The pregnant actress made the announcement Tuesday during the 2013 Beauty Inc. Awards in New York, where she was accepting the award for “Newcomer of the Year: Mass,” according to Us Weekly, which also confirmed the news through Barrymore’s rep.

“Thank you to WWD Beauty Inc for awarding Flower Beauty,” the Flower cosmetics founder said during her acceptance speech. “I am so proud to accept this in celebration of women, including my daughter and my future daughter.”

The 38-year-old is already mom to Olive, 14 months, who she had with husband Will Kopelman. In November, Barrymore announced she was pregnant for a second time.

The “E.T.” alum wore a printed Ted Baker top, Helmut Lang blazer and pants, and Alice and Olivia shoes for the occasion and took to Instagram to share a photo of her award.

“Celebrating our @flowerbeauty award win as @womensweardaily Beauty Inc’s Newcomer of the Year with fellow award winners @michellefawn & @gucciwestman” she captioned a photo of herself in a group shot clutching the award.

Barrymore’s launched her beauty line in January 2013 and was joined by Kopelman, his sister Jill and their parents for the event. Kopelman’s father Arie used to be chairman of Chanel and cutely referred to Barrymore’s second child as “Chanel No. 5” because she will be the family’s fifth grandchild, Us reported.

Soon after the baby news broke, Barrymore said she felt “blessed” with the second pregnancy.

“When I found out, I was overjoyed. It always feels so surreal, it’s incredible,” the “Big Miracle” actress said. “[I’m feeling] incredible, that ‘here we go again’ feeling. And blessed. Blessed! You’re so lucky to get to do it. It’s such a miracle. I just felt really lucky.”
