Dina Lohan, mother of the newly sober Lindsay Lohan, was reportedly arrested Thursday night on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, New York’s version of DUI.

State police pulled her over around 11 p.m. for driving 77 mph in a 55 zone in Oyster Bay, N.Y., Newsday reported. Cops said she blew a 0.20 on a breath test, more than twice the state’s legal blood-alcohol limit of 0.08.

She was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI (for the level of intoxication) and speeding, the paper said.

While Lohan was being processed, she reportedly alleged that she’d been injured during the course of the arrest, but backed off on that after police called an ambulance and a medical team checked her out. The emergency personnel found her to be just fine, police said.

And where was Lindsay Lohan during this escapade? Who knows -- she wasn’t the sober person who picked Dina up from the station, TMZ reported, and actually didn’t find out about her mom’s arrest until the story broke Friday morning.

Lohan — the elder one — is due back in court Sept. 24. Maybe Lohan the younger can give her a little coaching on what to wear, and how not to behave.
