Model Adriana Lima and husband Marko Jaric separate
Adriana Lima and Marko Jaric are ending their marriage of nearly five years, according to reports out Friday.
“We are grateful to be the parents of two incredible young daughters that we will continue to co-parent,” the Victoria’s Secret model and former NBA player told People in a statement announcing their split.
The two got engaged in 2008 and eloped in 2009, getting hitched on Valentine’s Day of that year.

Lima, famously a virgin until she wed at age 27, gave birth to their first daughter, Valentina, in November 2009. Sienna came along in September 2012.
The Brazilian beauty became a Victoria’s Secret Angel in 2000 and last summer was ranked No. 3 among top-earning models in the world by Forbes. (She raked in an estimated $6 million between June 2012 and June 2013, trailing only Gisele Bundchen and Miranda Kerr.)
Jaric, who is Serbian, played for the L.A. Clippers for three seasons, from 2002 to 2005, before going to the Minnesota Timberwolves for three seasons and then closing out his NBA career in 2009 when he ended his long season with the Memphis Grizzlies. He signed with a couple of teams after that, but did not play.

Seems Lima still has at least one very important man in her life: On Friday, she posted an Instagram image with hairstylist Ze Pedro.
“This is the guy responsible to keep my hair healthy. My hair guru@zepedro01,” she wrote.
