David Morrissey on the Governor, ‘Walking Dead’ and Lynyrd Skynyrd
David Morrissey, “The Governor” from “The Walking Dead” joined us for a live video chat, and though he didn’t spill the beans (or should we say intestines?) on the show’s upcoming fourth season, he did provide a few details about the direction in which his unhinged character might be heading.
Morrissey also discussed his friendship with co-star Andrew Lincoln, why he should be adding some Skynyrd to the Governor’s musical playlist and bonding over the show with his 18-year-old son. It was a fine conversation, containing plenty of spoilers, so if you’re still catching up with “The Walking Dead” (what’s taking you so long?), postpone listening until you’ve watched this season’s finale.
