Golden Globes 2014: For Chiwetel Ejiofor, ‘The hard work is over’
The great migration of stars walking at the last minute down the Golden Globe Awards red carpet Sunday began about half an hour before show time, as frantic fans rubbernecked to see their quickly passing heroes.
Among them were Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon, Tom Hanks and Jessica Lange.

One of the last to stop to chat briefly with the media was “12 Years a Slave” star Chiwetel Ejiofor. He said that despite the critical acclaim his film has received, he is keeping his expectations low.
“I’m just going to enjoy the show,” he said. “It’s time to have fun and appreciate this celebration of film and television.”
His nomination, he said, is enough to keep him happy: “The hard work is over.”
